Until that time, the Turkish Market was completely dependent on imported planetary gearboxes. The company made technology & machine investments in order to start producing quality products. Local industry-specific solutions & quality oriented service PDS provides, made the Company a good alternative to imported brands in Turkey. In less than then a decade, high quality standards of production and design, make the Company unique in its field.
In October 2016, PDS Inc. has fully acquired by MERT GROUP. This opened a new era for PDS as the group brought a distinctive approach to its business strategy.
